Robert is one of the true pioneers of coaching. He was initially introduced to coaching and mentored by Thomas Leonard, the acknowledged leader and developer of the modern day concept of coaching. His clients range from Fortune 100 companies to privately held family owned businesses. They all recognize his skill, dedication and see him as a dedicated leader in the field of executive and success coaching.
Robert received his teaching credentials from the University of California at Long Beach. He taught school one year before entering the world of international business. Robert rose through the ranks of corporate America to hold several top positions in major corporations. Eventually, the entrepreneur in Robert surfaced and he created two international companies.
In 1988 Robert sold his companies and formed Performance 2000 Inc. In addition to being one of America's most respected coaches, Performance 2000 Inc. is now one of the largest distributors, in the USA, of DISC behavioral style assessments. www.performanceprofiles.net
Robert holds the designation of MCC, Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. Few people have achieved this coveted coaching designation through their study programs, passing the stringent testing from the ICF and have verified more than 2,500 hours of one-on-one coaching. Robert was one of the first coaches in America to earn this highly coveted designation. To date Robert has logged more than 14,000 hours of one-on-one coaching.
