Getting To Know You
 |
 |
- Before we enter a formal coaching relationship I ask you to participate in a series of behavioral and values related profiles. From the information gathered it allows me, to not only help you on the path you are pursuing, but it helps me understand any potential road blocks as well as hidden attributes you may not have been aware of that are not fully developed.
- The ultimate big win in coaching is self-actualization. The assessments open the door to that possibility.

- Assessment 1.
- A behavioral analysis looking at how you interact with the workplace and at home. We measure such things as assertiveness, resilience, competiveness, directness, team playing qualities, persistence, sensitivity to others, adapatability, pessissism, optimism, neatness, listening skills, pace, problem solving and your analytical tendencies. We also measure your associated drives such as anger, optimism, fear and how you display emotion.

- Assessment 2.
- We also look at the way you think in terms of relating to others in a complex series of categories. How empathetic are you in your relationships? How practical is your thinking and then how black and white are your thought processes. We then replicate the process, only this time, examining your self-talk or how you view yourself in the world from several important aspects. We look behind the screen to evaluate your self-esteem, your awareness of your role in the world and your clarity about the direction you are travelling.
- Assessment 3.
- Next we examine your six core passions. We find out your drive for such things as power, money, contribution etc.

- All of this information is discussed by the two of us in a highy confidential phone conference before the coaching can be formally initiated.
- This is one of the most exciting and introspective hours you will ever invest in during your life.
- With all this information I can cut to the chase, not waste your time getting to know you, and we can start getting results from the first call.
