I work with a wide spectrum of executives and challenges. I also believe very strongly that your success will never exceed the quality of your own personal life. Coming from that perspective, I work as a multi-dimensional coach. I want to insure your relationships are healthy, your family gets the time they deserve, you are thriving in your work environment and that you are on a track to becoming financially independent. When these facets are in place, the challenges become much easier. Below I have listed just a few of the hundreds of questions I use to help set you on your coaching path.
1. Currently, what is your number one business challenge?
2. Have you ever dealt with this specific issue before?
3. What is standing in your way of resolving this problem?
4. Why are you not getting the result you want?
5. Is part of the problem, YOU?
6. How do you think the coach can assist you in this challenge?
7. Are you in charge or do we need to work out a strategy through someone else?
8. How does facing this challenge allow you to demonstrate your inherent abilities?
9. Does your team clearly understand the challenge?
10. What information is lacking for you and I to move forward with a solution.?
11. What are your strengths as a leader?
12. What is the one thing that keeps you from staying on track?
13. Does everyone know what is expected of them?
14. Do you hold them accountable?
15. Do you tend to micro-manage your people?
16. Do you delegate openly, freely and allow your people to make mistakes?
17. Describe your management style?
18. How closely does it match your style at home or away from the office?
19. On a scale of 1-10, ten being very very stressed. What is your score?
20. Do you have boundaries that your subordinates understand?
21. Do you have a nourishing life away from work?
22. If you could change one thing at work, what would it be?
23. Explain what your personal vision looks like for the next five years.
24. What are you really passionate about?
25. If I asked three of your subordinates to rate your listening skills, what would they say?
